A gentle morning ballet class at the stunning studio with views of Half Moon Bay marina. Designed for over 50s who may have danced before or always wanted to learn ballet. Involves barre work and some work in the centre but no floor work or jumping involved!
Come and get a ballet based conditioning workout! Class involves ballet barre work, ballet arm workouts and floor mat work using balls. Get the ballet beautiful body you've always wanted while working out in a lovely dance studio to great music. Beginners welcome.

Our Jazz Funk classes are such a great way to follow your dreams in such a fun and refreshing way. We teach you the basic techniques of the genre as well as strengthening your muscles and working on flexibility.
Dancing is great for overall physical health. It is great for your heart and muscles as well as improving flexibility and reducing stress. Dancing regularly can also help increase your daily energy level, which can make other daily activities much more enjoyable.

BALLET FOR SENIORS
Our Ballet for Seniors class is a relaxed and friendly class with no experience necessary. The ballet is gentle and safe exercise with an expert ballet teacher who is experienced in teaching people over 50 years old.
